Get to know the subscription before choosing your car.
What is Value Drive Flex?
A car subscription for Sydney drivers, with a weekly rate based on the vehicle and selected term. Registration, servicing and roadside assistance are included.
How long is the minimum subscription?
The minimum is three months. Choose a three, six, nine or twelve-month subscription.
How much does it cost?
Our demo range starts at $299/week for selected twelve-month subscriptions. Rates vary by vehicle and term. Demo prices and vehicles are illustrative; request a written quote for confirmed pricing and availability.
How many kilometres can I drive?
Your standard allowance is 1,800 km/month. Choose the optional 1,000 km package for $100/month to bring your allowance to 2,800 km/month. The package is charged separately from your weekly vehicle rate. Kilometres beyond your selected allowance cost $0.30/km.
Are tolls included?
No. You need your own toll account before using toll roads. Use the Linkt link in the conditions above to get started.
Is insurance included, and is there an excess?
Ask Value Drive to confirm the available cover, driver eligibility, exclusions and any excess in writing before you subscribe. Do not assume these are included in the displayed demo rate.
Is there a bond or an upfront fee?
Request a quote showing any bond, upfront payment or other fees, together with the weekly subscription price.
Who can apply, and what documents are needed?
Drivers must be over 21 years old. Start with the enquiry form; our team will confirm licence requirements and any further eligibility checks. Please do not upload identity or financial documents here.
Can I cancel early or change cars?
After your agreed minimum term, give 30 days’ written notice by emailing [email protected] to cancel. Returning the car before that term ends incurs a $500 early-termination fee. If you provide less than 30 days’ notice, a pro-rata subscription charge applies for the remaining notice period. Ask our team about vehicle-change options; swaps are subject to confirmation.
Are fuel and EV charging included?
Your vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel, or a full charge for an EV. Return it with the same full level. You are responsible for fuel or charging used during your subscription.
What if I need servicing or roadside assistance?
Both are included. Contact Value Drive for servicing arrangements and the assistance instructions for your subscription vehicle.
When can I collect my car?
Collection depends on vehicle availability and completion of the required checks and agreement. Our Sydney team will confirm the arrangements with you.
